RCPAQAP - EOI for AACB-RCPAQAP Advisory Committees

Expressions of interest are invited from pathologists and medical scientists to join the AACB/RCPAQAP Advisory Committees.  These honorary positions assist the relevant Chair and RCPAQAP Chemical Pathology staff in providing advice on the clinical and scientific aspects of the survey modules issued in the program.

Expertise in Chemical Pathology related areas will be required for this position and the applicant should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field.

The current AACB/RCPAQAP Chemical Pathology Advisory committees are:

  • Accuracy and Standardisation
  • Analytical Performance Specifications
  • Biogenic Amines
  • CSF
  • Endocrine
  • HbA1c
  • Porphyrins
  • Special Drugs
  • Inborn errors/Sweat testng
  • Trace Elements
  • Urine Toxicology
  • Vitamins

Committee membership is normally for three years with possible renewal for further terms, depending on the expertise required.
