Public Comment - Recommendations for Verification of Assays Performance - including Point of Care (DRAFT)

AACB, AIMS and NATA have collaboratively prepared a short guidance document that may assist laboratories when planning and undertaking verification studies of assay performance.

The assays applicable for this document include automated clinical biochemistry, point-of-care, routine haematology, cell counters and routine haemostasis instrumentation.

We are seeking feedback on the draft document from anyone involved in the verification process for pathology laboratories.

Information from this public consultation process will be used to inform changes to the proposed guidance document.
