Application Process

  1. Please refer to the relevant application form below.
  2. Create an account and provide your contact details.
  3. When applying please ensure you attach a scanned copy of the required information when prompted, as your application cannot be assessed without these details.
  4. When you submit the completed online application you will receive a confirmation email.
  5. Once your application has been assessed and approved an invoice outlining the membership fee will be sent to your nominated email address. Instructions for payment will be included.
  6. Your membership will only be finalised once payment is received.

Requires a Bachelor of Science or equivalent, relevant to the practice of laboratory medicine
