The Australasian Association for Clinical Biochemistry and Laboratory Medicine (AACB) is the principal professional Association dedicated to the advancement of Clinical Biochemistry and Laboratory Medicine in Australasia. Our members include pathologists, medical scientists and technicians working in pathology laboratories in the Australasian region. 

 Our goals are:

  • To be the leading Australasian Organisation for clinical laboratory medicine through advocacy, education, training and the professional development our members,
  • To promote and enhance effective communication within the pathology community,
  • To promote better health outcomes by leading in the setting of standards for best practice.
